Client preferences for organizational units
If is often helpful to view the organizational units for the people your search for and invite to meetings. We recommend you turn this feature on as soon as you configure your calendar account.
- From the Oracle Calendar menu, select Preferences.
- Select General.
- Check the OU1 and OU2 boxes. OU1 is the department name. OU2 is the position title.
A sample name is displayed at the bottom of the window. - Click on OK to accept this change.
Begin using your calendar.
