E-mailing a Link to Your Agenda
Make the contents of your Agenda viewable to people who are not users of Calendar. A "Global viewing" link is generated and emailed to whomever you chose. Anyone with the web link to your agenda is able to view your busy times and the details for meetings designated as "public". The global viewing link provides "read-only" access, you agenda cannot be modified with this link.
To e-mail a link to your Agenda:
- Click Preferences
on the Toolbar. - Click Security and select Allow Global Agenda Viewing.
- Click OK.
- When you return to your Agenda, click the E-mail Agenda to a friend link that now appears in your Agenda.
- On the E-mail Agenda page, enter the e-mail addresses of the people you want to view your Agenda, separating each address with a comma. Include message text with the e-mail if you wish.
- Click Send when you are finished.
To e-mail a link to a resource agenda:
Before this feature can be used the resource must have global viewing enabled. Also, the person seeking to generate the global viewing link must have designate to the resource.
- Sign into webcal as yourself.
- Click the View Agenda button circled in the screenshot below.

- From the Agenda Views window, click " Resource search", then type the full name of your resource in the search box.
- Click "Find"

- Click “Add to favorites with designate rights"

- In the Favorites: box, click your resource then click “Act as designate”

- This takes you to the designate’s web view of the resource. On the far right hand side under the date, click the link “ E-mail Agenda to a friend”.

- Type your email address in the appropriate box and click “Send”.

- This action will send you a link that you can then post on a website or email to others.
Note: Any Web user can access your Agenda data using the link you provide. For security reasons, use this feature with caution.
