Creating an Offline Agenda
Windows
- From the Tools menu, select Options.
- Click the [+] next to Offline for a list of offline options, then select Download.
- The first option in the Download section allows you to choose the time period you wish to capture onto you offline agenda.
- The Options section, allows you to choose whether to be prompted to download your agenda when you quit the application. Since the process of downloading your agenda takes a few moments, ITD recommends that you have Oracle prompt you before downloading.
- Select to be prompted whenever Oracle switches offline or online.
- Select to have your offline password match your online password.
- Click OK.

Mac
- From the Oracle Calendar menu, select Preferences.
- Click Offline, then select the Download tab from the top of the window.
- The Download period section allows you to choose the time period you wish to capture onto you offline agenda.
