Locating an Account in Oracle Calendar

  1. Click on the small magnifying glass icon located immediately to the right of the User Name data field.

  2. You will be shown the Oracle Calendar Directory Search dialog window.

  3. Select the People tab from the top of the dialog box (this should come up selected by default).
  4. Type the first two or three letters of your last name in the Surname field.
  5. Click on the Search button. A list of Oracle Calendar users whose last names begin with the letters you entered will be displayed in the scrolling list located at the bottom of the dialog box.
  6. Select the name you were trying to locate and click the OK button.
